Managing Director
Namaraj Gauli was born in Dhading District of Nepal, located at north- west from Kathmandu. He has completed his graduation in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University.
He began to work in tourism since 1998 as a porter, subsequently, two-years later, he became a guide. Working as for five-years, he became treks & tour operator.
He achieved the success one after another with in short span of time in tourism. He has a sound of strong enthusiasm and long years experience being involved in tourism. His national and international exposure helped him to be established as a Managing Director in a company.
He has so far visited India, Tibet and some other European countries namely, Netherland, Belgium, France, Germany and a few other countries. His visit helped him gain incredible opportunities to study about the principles and nature of global tourism and build the business relationship with tourism entrepreneurs in various countries.
He has aim to contribute on protection and preservation of this beautiful nature and culture for future generations. Being a successful entrepreneur in tourism, he has strong dedication for Eco-friendly practices and strong belief in improvement in the lives of local people, providing them maximum benefits of tourism. He has mainly focused on tourism mainly in adventure, rural, cultural, agro and eco-tourism.

Arjun Rijal - Correspondent/Manager
Arjun Rijal began his career in tourism, as a porter at the age of 16 years. He has grown-up from very grass root level. He did not give up his study, although he involved in the tourism industry. He has completed his university degree in tourism management and sociology.
Working as a trekking guide, a tour leader or tour operator for 10 years in many companies, he has come to realize that he could provide the reliable information about tourism, socio-economic and human-cultural sector of Nepal. The sound in-depth knowledge in the area is no doubt very important for the both domestic and international tourism. As he has a deep knowledge and wide experience in the field, he has been providing the best quality services to the clients.
Having worked in many companies, he came to realize that the so called bigger trekking/tour/travel companies in Nepal were lacking in these, therefore, he decided to open the Outfitter Nepal Treks & Expedition with the co-operation of his colleagues Raj and NG. Currently, he holds the post of correspondent/ Manager in the company.

Rajkumar Basnet (Raj)

Raj Kumar Basnet (Raj) was born in Dhading district of Nepal and it was 1998 when he entered into tourism as a porter. Subsequently, he gained wide knowledge in the tourism field of Nepal and succeeded in his career.
He became a guide after two years involvement in trekking and became trekking manager working as a guide for five-year. Before he involved in this company he worked as a trekking/tour manager for many companies. During the involvement in various other companies, he continued his study and succeeded to hold bachelor degrees in education from the Tribhuvan University.
After having 10 years working experience in the field of tourism industry in Nepal, he felt that he could provide the first-class service to the valuable clients; therefore, he decided to run his own company “Outfitter Nepal Treks & Expedition”. Currently, he holds the post of "Treks & Tour operator" in the company.

As I didn’t want to know the world, I shaw, even an animal is living his life as it comes. Then I wanted to be a human. But this world seemed to me as an illusion. Isn’t this world enough to make someone confused ? You simply express your view, someone may praise you but at the same time other stands to criticize. You just do something that you believe is good, but there may always be someone pointing your act to be bad. I found none of the ideas and activities neither fully accepted nor completely rejected in the human world. Every things have their opposition.
What should we do then ? I have my own way to judge my views and activities. Am I wrong or right ? Am I acting good or bad ? When I want to say or behave with someone about something I try, “what if someone else said the same or behaved the same to me ?” If its ok for me then I believe, it must be ok for others too. When I find hard to decide whether I should do it, I ponder “what if everybody did the same?” If I find the result positive, I do it. For my surprise, still few people tend to blame me. At that time I always found only one and easy way out “I am sorry, I will try my best not to repeat again”.
I promise you, to try my best to make you happier than anyone else tries.

He enterred in “Tourism Industry” as a porter in 1998. As a formal education, he is running his B.A. majoring English and Political Science. I think, its his third effort for Bachelor program. “I am passionate for the knowledge, but my fate punishes me as if I am a criminal. My crime is to be born in a rural middle class family of a poor and extremely political unstable country”, is the sentence from him as an answer. But he always took the world and human society as a most famous and most practical university, struggles as lessons, problems as examination and successful way out as a Certificate. When I want to spend some words to describe him, more I am realistic more you may feel as an exaggeration. I only say “Just once you should meet him, your heart may hardly wish to go away”.
